Spotted a Maverick in the wild

It was orange and heading north towards the expressway, away from a dealership, maybe a training thing? Am more aware when I see a Ford and that one stood out.

Also haven't heard anything about my order. I did get it towards the end of July.

I know the owner of a local dealership and I asked him, he said it seems to be due to an option. Only selected standard with tow package, carbonized grey and the spray in bedliner.

Any communication from Ford would be welcome at this point.

The spray-in bedliner is going to hold you up for a while. Unknown just how long at this point. Lots of discussion about it here in this group.

Lol no it wasn't, was like a burnt orange and I watched it go by and saw Maverick on the tailgate.

It really was kinda cool to see it, had been texting with the owner of that dealership earlier and I pass by another everyday just about. It was bigger than I thought it would be and it in that color it really stood out and caught the Maverick logo on the tailgate.

Well that stinks about the bedliner, guess I should have been checking the forum.

Think it would do any good to remove that option or would I be to far back in the que? Can always have some place local do it after I get the truck, but I read that if Ford does it, the Ford logo in the back of the cab shows thru.

Some people have had remove the bed liner option and been given a VIN right after that.
But there's no guarantee.
I would remove it of I were you. As you said you can have it done locally.
You are lucky you got to see one in person.
