Decided to bite the bullet, Ordered a 2025 Lariat. This is the order link,

I paid the $1000 deposit last week, hope to make it a Christmas vacation, Ordered from Granger in Iowa, it will make a nice return trip to Miami.

I was told it would take 4 to 6 mounts to have it there, hoping the timing plays right for the December break my kid has.

I'm yet to decide on the financing but information is kind of scarce, did hear about a $1000 rebate if I went with Ford but I wonder at what cost or how many points.

I was told they would keep the truck if it gets there early, hope that is the case.

Last time I ordered a truck was in 1994 ordered a F250 super cab with a 460, 4x4, it was a nice truck.

This time I went small, want the wife to be able to drive it, will get rid of my 2001 Silverado in November.

Maybe some of you could let me know how your experience went, how long before you got your truck, at this moment the only thing I got is the order and the $1000 receipt.

@YV1227 My experience with Granger was great. My wait time was long due to Ford's inability to meet the demand for the number of Mavericks ordered in 2022.
I eventually received a 2023 Lariat Hybrid.
I flew in from out of state to pick my truck up.
Granger shuttle me from the airport to their dealership.
Spent between 30-45 mins completing paperwork and I was on my way.
I bet your truck will arrive at Granger long before December!

Nobody in Florida would accept your order? This seems kinda crazy

PS If you're used to driving in Florida, road conditions in Iowa in late December might be white knuckle inducing for you ...

I have a Ford dealer 8 blocks from my office, they wanted me to buy what they had, specially the 2024 models.
And to be honest, is the excuse to leave on an adventure with my kids and wife that lured me, plus the fact that I have seen a bunch of good reviews for Granger.
Is not a coincidence I ordered the cover for the box, will need it.

Just out of curiosity what rate will Ford give on this? Got a Lexus last November at 2.99%

Hard to say what finance rates will be by the time you take delivery @YV1227.
You're likely better off getting financing through a credit union.
There are no special finance offers for Maverick currently.

Interesting, assuming $40000 @ 3 years that will save you almost $3000 plus whatever they discounted the truck, I was told to expect a $1000 rebate if using Ford financing.
Plus the $500 Farm Bureau, will have to wait to see what promotions they have once the truck gets there. I was told the order was placed the same day I did the deposit, 05/23/25, still don't have anything other that the order confirmation from them for the deposit, waiting for a Ford email or something.

Well what was to be a 4 to 6 mounts wait ended up being a just less than 3 mounts, Granger guy will save it for me till mid December.
So as to the deal details.
TOTAL CASH DELIVERED PRICE $ 40,560.23
Ruby Red EB Lariat, with 4K towing and the trifold cover.
Price includes FL Taxes and all the expenses.
I did get the $500 rebate for the Illinois Farm B, Thanks Guys.
Gave them $14500, including the $1000 deposit.
SO after all was done and said I owed $25,560.23.
Now for more details.
Bank is PNC Bank, don't know who those guys are.
Rate 5.34% for 48 mounts.
Comes to 48 x $593.89
Starting in Nov 03.
Deal is completed, shame I will loose the 3 mounts Sirius trial.
BoFA was 5.25% but it wanted to go 36 mounts.

Truck is there just waiting.
The only issue was with the extended warranty and the fact that I live in Florida, will try to fix it once there.
Will but some plastic floor cover, wonder if weather tech is any better than the stock one, will have some points to spend.

How familiar are you with driving in snow? Mid-December Iowa weather can be treacherous, you'd better know what you're getting into ...
My advice: if there's bad weather and you're not used to driving in it, you're better off getting a hotel until things clear up.

As far as the warranty, it doesn't matter where you live in the USA for the discounted Ford warranties

I bought from Granger on July 9th and picked up on Aug. 13th. Also a Ruby Red. Just for your info you will be paying insurance until you pick it up.
Warranty also begins on purchase, not pick up date. I took their financing also as they threw of 1K on the price. Transferred to my credit union the next month at 4.99 percent for three years.

Smooth transaction all done online. Was not enthused at pick up. My salesman had left and her manager was not there that day. Keys were given to another guy. I got there and saw my truck. Went in and they gave me the keys. No one even went with me to the vehicle. I am glad I owned a 22 so was relatively familiar with the vehicle. Still had to go back in and get some one to come out and help me get GPS; ended up using a cable with my Android phone.
