NOTE: We've been waiting since February for the exhaust part(s) so our Maverick can be whole again and finally get inspected (it's 2.5 months out of inspection). Local manager could NOT get the part, even when it was marked as an Emergency, so she suggested I call Ford Customer Service. I called them last Wednesday and was assigned an agent. On Monday I got a text telling me that the part(s) will arrive on the 22nd. So it's definitely the thing to do if you're waiting for a needed part and the supply is questionable. Be the squeaky wheel!
