Dropping my Maverick off with Softopper on Monday. They are using my truck for final prototype fitment etc. I should have pictures installed later next week. They told me to expect deliveries to start late December early January

Could see it being useful. Good for luggage or camping gear on trips. If it's good quality and keeps the inside pretty dry the price isn't bad.

I currently have the Weathertech trifold hard cover and love it. it will be an interesting comparison the soft hopper will likely be used for camping trips and when I need the extra space possibly during winter with my fat bike etc.

Both come on and off easy enough that it’s not a big deal to switch

I will ask her when I am there Monday but the extension camper add on looks pretty universal

Good news! Now to decide between this one and the inflatable one. That one's going to be more expensive but looks really nice too.

Can't wait to see it. I ordered Cactus Grey and am coming from an older Wrangler, so the soft-top route is very tempting. Saw pics of the Fastop option on reddit and it looked odd and has way too much of a gap where it meets the cab. The functionality is cool though. Hopefully Softopper can get closer to how theirs look on Tacomas, etc.

Fantastic! That looks so much better than the examples of the Fastop I've seen.

Have they mentioned if there will be options for removable side panels or are those present here, but just not too noticeable?
