Can anyone help me with a dealer out here in SoCal that doesn't do mark up and maybe no deposit?

Better yet, has anyone been in contact with a fleet manager that is willing to be a Courtesy Drop off location so we can buy out of state from the guy here offering 4% off invoice.

So far no luck finding one for me. I did however found one that didn't marked up the truck and only requiring $100 deposit
