I am in the camp of those who did not get an email confirmation but was able to verify the order was successful via Ford's chat system. This morning, my USPS Informed Delivery shows I have a "private" item from Ford being delivered today. While I would put money on it being something related to the Escape's warranty, that did pose a thought:
For those that did the MY22 orders, did you ever get anything in the mail from Ford after your order was placed? Or was all communication via email and/or the dealer? I searched the forum threads and nothing popped out as being related.
Again, I highly doubt this particular item is related to the order. My order was placed on Friday evening and the USPS can't deliver mail across the street in two days.
