Hi my name is Josh, I’m the creator of SeatDeletes and I finally logged on here to see a lot of statements I’m hoping to get cleared up.I'm thinking the same thing. $1200 is way too much.
Hi my name is Josh, the creator of SeatDeletes, and I finally signed on here to find a lot of post I’m hoping to respond to and clear up.I really like the idea of this, but I also use my backseat as a changing room after races, and I don't think I want to try changing my clothes back there without a seat. That said, it would work really well for me otherwise because I normally fold the seat up and put my racing gear + boots, and beverage cooler back there on the way to the races.
EDIT: maybe if I could add a small fold down "jump seat"on one side to use for changing or occasional passengers it would work for me.![]()

I totally understand you have to make a profit buy I'm 66, I live on Social Security and a little 401k money so as a very handy DIY gal, for me cutting up 2 sheets of plywood to save $1k is a no brainer but not everyone has the skills or space to do what I do so I hope you will sell a bunch of those kits.Hi my name is Josh, I’m the creator of SeatDeletes and I finally logged on here to see a lot of statements I’m hoping to get cleared up.
Yes the unit is not cheap, it’s not priced for everyone unfortunately. We wish we could be a lower price but we have kept margins as slim as possible and focused in delivering a product that is well made, by us in our SeatDeletes factory right here in the states. It’s not cheap to produce, but we have done our best to eat any of the rising cost over the last year and do our best to help keep things affordable, but the quality of our product comes first. Feel free to ask me any questions!
I completely understand!!! I’m making sure I pay my team a fair living wage so we as a community can try to do our part in fixing some of the difficulties so many families struggle with.I totally understand you have to make a profit buy I'm 66, I live on Social Security and a little 401k money so as a very handy DIY gal, for me cutting up 2 sheets of plywood to save $1k is a no brainer but not everyone has the skills or space to do what I do so I hope you will sell a bunch of those kits.
