Hello!

I'm wondering if the delivery dates you guys have received have been accurate? I know a lot of build dates keep getting pushed back and whatnot, but my Maverick has been built and is currently being shipped. It is supposed to be here sometime next week, but my dealer said they have a customer whos Raptor was supposed to be in on 11/2 and still hasn't been delivered. I'm curious if this is a Raptor-specific issue or if its a Ford as a whole issue? I'm driving close to 2,000 miles the week of thanksgiving and would love to take my new truck on the road-trip but I'm not sure how optimistic I should be that I'll have it in time.

This is interesting. I have a question for you. My maverick has been scheduled the week of Nov. 8th so as of Monday. Nothing for me has been updated tho. If I go to the tracker it still just says order confirmed has not gone in to the next selection which should be production. Did this happen to you as well?

I had a delivery date of 11/10 all the way up until a couple days ago when it changed to 11/27. I fully expect further delays at this point too, since I'm not even totally built yet.
OTOH, I've seen several folks who have had their Mav beat delivery by a week or more.

So, take the delivery with the same grain of salt that you do with everything else in these trackers; figure that they're accurate....give or take a couple months.

So, I'm in an odd situation, and in hindsight I would have ordered with Long McArthur Ford out of Salina, KS (I only live an hour away). The dealer I ordered with somehow ordered my Maverick in-house, meaning I haven't gotten anything (VIN, Build Dates, Tracking numbers) from Ford directly, everything is through my dealership (Stupid, I know, but its too late to fix it now). So because of that I have never been able to see the order status, I just have to communicate with the dealership. So basically, I "ordered" my Maverick in June, and just got a call last week that it was don being built and was being shipped, so, since I can't track it directly I'm just wondering if the delivery date my Dealer is telling me is correct.

Oh ok I got ya. So for me I did order it direct from my dealer, so I do get the email updates along the way. For me I know that on the order it shows my email along with the salesman at my dealerships also. This just means every time the dealership gets emailed with an update I do as well and vice versa. I would assume your dealership is getting those updated emails so they should be correct. Your just not attached because you didn't order that vehicle with them yourself from my understanding. Well wishes to you with your Maverick when you do get yours. I have 2" lift kit and 31's ready before I even have my truck LOL

Your dealer should be able to give you the VIN and Order Number, then you can just use https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking to track it yourself. Or, at least, you can do that when the tracker is working. Looks like it's taken the day off again (as it often does), as it's not working for me.

LOL yea that is kind of what I figured. Just excited to get it. I order way back in July. I also want it to be a good product and not just thrown together either. I guess Ill wait if it means they are not taking short cuts and making sure things are being built well. Have not herd any complain of poor build quality tho so I'm optimistic all will be well.

I feel that, It's taking all the self control I have not to order tons of aftermarket upgrades. I want to live with it first, then figure out what I need.

So I received a production date of 11/8 and a vin just shortly after I ordered on 2 sep. on 11/9 the tracker showed “in production” and I was able to see my window sticker with a blend date if 11/10. This morning I got an email from Ford saying my production date has changed to 11/15 but when I click on the tracker it still shows in production, so who knows. Just glad to finally get some movement on things. One thing though, make sure you reload the tracker page a couple times. Mine came up “order confirmed” again but when I reloaded (after a minor heart attack) it went back to “in production”

Yea I deff get that. I just had this certain view/build the day I saw the truck announced so I'm just getting those few things before I have it in hand. I'm sure I will be ordering many things as you said after I live with it, and see what else I would want for it.

Wow that's very strange. I will try this reloading deal and see if anything changes.

Damn that's so crazy. I don't think Ford thought this vehicle was going to be as big a hit as it is. It's just the perfect vehicle for so many reasons, unless you need something bigger for hauling and towing of course.
