Shady dealerships... not mine

So, I picked up my Ford Maverick Lariat hybrid on January 17th after 7 months of waiting. I asked the sales manager to send me a worksheet ahead of time and it looked exactly like the order sheet. Being skeptical after hearing about shady dealerships and their "market adjustment", I wasn't sure how the sale would go. As it turned out, the bottom line was exactly as the order. Once the deal was done, I asked him about dealerships that add 3-5k as a "market adjustment". He said, "yeah they are out there but we aren't one of them." He went on to say that Ford just sent out a memo to all dealers that basically said that you if they continue with these market adjustments, their future allocations will be cut. So, it appears Ford did listen to those of you who made a call to Customer Service.
