Got it back Monday afternoon.Friday night update:
They still have it, and didn't give me an ETA. But they did get me a loaner, an almost brand new (160 miles) Bronco Sport, which is quite nice. (Won't carry mulch like I was planning to do this weekend with the Mav though.)
They did the TSB for the dash rattle.
They did replace the battery (12v port and FlexBed wouldn't stay on)
They couldn't replicate the rear seatbelt sensor issue
They did the oil change, but of course included the "full service" oil change which makes it $180.
Verdict - if it wasn't for the upsell on the oil change, I'd give them a passing grade. (Though they really need to work on their communication.)
Next oil change will still be at my long-time mechanic or maybe at home even.
