edit: What often seems to be lost on people, is there is always two sides to every story. Now, I am not in any rush to defend a car salesman, but when I can see that one of the sides is crazy/illiterate/god awful communicator/etc, I think their side of the story gets a lot less credit. Not saying OP is those things, just saying. And also kind of sayin.

Order hpr hybrid. Switch atlas blue xl hybrid on roller over Date. Asked to switch color to cactus grey. I am getting atlas blue with no PO. That is summary.

I understand your frustration. My local dealer was clueless when the order bank opened. They have yet to receive a Maverick because they didn't take any orders. Finally stumbled onto this forum and the Granger deal. If it wasn't for MTC and Granger I would probably not have my Maverick.

I am sorry, at this point I cannot fault your salesperson for being confused.

Well all he had to do was do a color change and figer out why I was not getting a roller over PO in smart Vincent.
