It was just a joke.....Ecoboost should get great economy.
I know.... I was ribbing you....

I can't tease too much... I am jealous of your awd 4ktow hybrid fuel economy though.... My awd 4ktow ecoboost is at about 26mpg at the moment as we constantly remotely start it to crank the AC in this ridiculous AZ heat we've had this summer... It's been particularly hot, just finally getting below 100 yesterday and today. No long trips, all in town driving... My carport is even HOT, my car sitting there in 110degF... I'm installing a roof vent for sure.... Haven't seen 30mpg for about a month now.

The DC scroll motor electric AC is honestly my favorite feature of the hybrid. I have ceramic film on the front windshield and front side windows (20% tint) and then also use reflectix in the side windows and a windshield cover - can keep the inside of the Mav at 71-72 degrees while the engine only kicks on for 5-10 minutes an hour.

Careful or a self appointed "moderator" will come in here and tell you to knock it off....

The best gas mileage that I got in sport mode on my 25 lariat EcoBoost was 27.9 MPG I filled up a little bit ago and it now says 25.7

I usually do around 29-32 (depending on the hwy/local mix).... Highest was 36 over a 250mile easy highway round trip. But this summer.. with the amount of AC we use and the fact that we haven't really gone anywhere... the mileage is lower... But of course that also represents like 2-3 weeks of driving becuase we are just staying totally local.

I was thinking the same thing. It's full, then I look and it's 3/4. My Ranger got 300 miles on 3/4 tank (fill up at 1/4 tank). Now I get over 400 miles on the smaller Maverick tank. Maybe we're driving more because it's more enjoyable? When I first got my convertible 25 years ago it would take an hour to go get milk on a nice fall evening.
