Screen Remains On After Shutdown

I've had this random issue since taking delivery in Jan '23. Sometimes, after shutting down, exiting the truck, & locking it, everything shuts off except the radio screen and sometimes the accessory buttons. Unlocking the door, opening the door, then closing it resolves the issue. People have suggested that if I simply walk away, it will eventually resolve. I let it go for 2 minutes and it remained lit, so I would resolve it so I could go on my merry way.

The other day, I parked my car while it was still light outside. I came back out after 2-3 hours (it had gotten dark) and saw that the screen was on.

Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? It's not reproduceable, so I don't think taking it to the dealer will do anything...unless it's a known problem. Is it? Will a radio update fix it? I have a Lariat Luxury Hybrid if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Mine stays on until I hit the lock on my remote

I've tried that, too. Doesn't work. The only thing that does is to unlock the door, open it, wait about 5 seconds, close the door, wait a couple of seconds, then lock. Then I observe to see if I need to do it again.

Yesterday the screen on our 2023 Maverick XLT Hybrid was randomly turning off and on. Alternating between Ford logo and audio.

Anyone seen this behavior and/or know of a fix?
