That whole rail under the rear window has tons of imperfections from factory anyways. Spray it with bed liner and you will not have any issues in the future.

Thank you both. I've heard recommendations of "Doctor color chip". Is this what you would recommend for getting matching paint?

First apply primer, that is under all paint jobs, that being said finish scratching it up and apply a herculiner type of product

I had great luck with www.repaintsupply.com they matched the paint on my Atlas Blue near perfect. Their touchup kit came with 1 oz primer, base coat and clear coat all three together was around $18. They also will do spay can as well.
