Safety Stop Code

I have a 2025 Ford Maverick Hybrid that is 3 months old. I've driven it less than 3 dozen times since I bought it, but it has popped a 'Safety Stop' message 3 times. This code locks it up and does not allow the vehicle to start or run. The dealership has not been able to help. Any thoughts?
