Rough Probability of Error

It has been since 10/22/21 (244 days as of TOP) that I received my ROD for a Maverick XLT from a local dealer.

I have yet to receive an email of any form from FMC, and 3 months since my seemingly insouciant dealership has emailed me about it.

What is the likelihood that something is wrong with the ROVP, COVP, or DMOVP? And out of all of the possible OVP's, which OVP is most likely causative of my unforeseeable wait?

Should I report the OVP to the OVPCA? Does anyone have their contact information?
