Hi Everybody,
First Post here
I have the TriFold Tonneau Cover from Rough Contry installed on my Mav. Overall I like the cover, though I had a few issues.
First it was leaking like a sive, mostly close to the cab. I was able to bring that down to a very light trickle by re-doing and replacing the weather striping and by adding black silicone putty around the corners close to the cab.
The second issue was that the original mounting hardware blocks the full use of the cargo rails. It install just fine, but you can use only sections of the cargo rail system. I replaced the mounting hardware with clamps I got from amazon. These clamps fit very well into the rails of the tonneau cover. I did add a small back spacer to ensure an even touch surface of clamp and rail. Not sure if that is really necessary, but it looks better at a minimum.
I attached a picture to show the difference between the OG clamps and the replacements. It's tight, but now I can use the cargo pace divider along the full length of the bed.
These are the clamps it used:
Amazon.com: GCi Stronger by Design G-16 1.75 Bolt Pinch Clamps for Inside Mount Tonneau Covers (6 Pack). Made in USA with 6000 Series Structural Aluminum to Ensure Quality and Strength : Automotive
Hope this helps
