Rough Country hard tri fold with Elevate rails

Could have sworn I read somewhere here that they do indeed work together, and pretty sure back when I bought my RC tonneau, it was listed as working with the TS rails.

6 months later, seems the fit guide no longer lists the RC cover as being compatible, and searching around online says no, they don’t work.

Anyone here running the RC hard tonneau AND rail tracks? Maybe I’m nuts, but I thought had seen these working together. Pics would be great if anyone is running this setup.

Btw, I have the RC that folds up the whole way. I think there was an earlier version that did not.

Can't help with your specific setup, but my OEM Ford hard roll-up isn't listed as compatible either yet it works fine.

Just check how your tonneau locks or clips in place, and imagine the width across the bed is 1/4" less. Would it still work?

^^^^^^ This is the key. The TS rails will narrow the opening slightly, so look at your RC cover and see if there's some room to work with. This is mine w/a BakFlip MX4 tri-fold.

That's what I'm doing with mine - I'm adapting old Thule roof-top racks & cross bars to work with custom-made risers. I designed them to be *just* tall enough to clear my rolled-up tonneau cover, so I'll have full bed access even with the bikes on the rack. This was a test to see if everything fits, I need to move the racks backwards but everything seems to be OK so far :
