Road trip last week

Took a road trip last week. Picture of mileage details and our new co-pilot in his cubicle. He guided us there and back safely. Majority of the milage was highway at 75-80 MPH. MPG was as expected per stated MPG by Ford.

I quickly discovered that speed on the highway really affected mileage. My trip to Florida and back -I tried to keep it closer to 75 instead of 80 and I got 36-37 on the trip. YMMV..

In my admittedly limited experience, you can subtract a couple MPG from the computer estimate. I'm four tanks in and have been getting anywhere from a low of 37MPG and a high of 42MPG and for each of the fill ups the manually calculated MPG was approximately 2MPG less... still great, but disappointing! LOL
