Does anyone want a set of Redline hood struts? They are two weeks old and cost $100. Why am I giving them away and not selling them? Because I have disliked these things from the second I installed them so I cannot in good conscience ask someone to pay for them. If you want to give them a shot, a least the price is right.
My hood had not opened properly since I installed them. The second "click" on the hood release did not once activate correctly. I also had to modify one of the brackets to make it fit properly. I removed the struts and all is good.
You can pick them up if you want. I live 20 miles north of Philadelphia, right on the New Jersey border. I don't have a problem shipping them but you would have to pay the full shipping cost.
