everyones Rear plate just screwed into the bumper? How long will this hold??? Wondering if anyone modified there's with those plastic squares that what are usually on vehicles? Wondering how those are installed, round hole of certain size with a drill or square hole needs cut?

They have round versions of what you’re talking about too but I have no idea what they’re called.
