Rattle noise coming from front right wheel- potential issue of caliper's failure

Dear colleagues:
I am a recent happy owner of a Lariat MY22 Silver just 300 Km of use from new.
I became to listen a bad noise while running at 30 Km/h in an old city road paved with stones.
The noise is not permanent and I went to the Service of dealer who sold me the truck leaving it 3 complete days to be checked and fixed...up today the noise remains the same but I have tested it in the same road descending instead of climbing and pressing the brakes the noise complete dissapear to my surprise!!!
I have recorded in a short travel the noise that I am attaching but you must waith to listen it due to the wind and road sound.
Please if anybody can "suffered" the same would you pleas eto guide me on how to manage it.....just to avoid the "dealer servicing" dismantle all the road train?

Take it back and have it checked again, could be anything, from a stone stuck in the back plate etc , a lose heat shield and so on ..it's under warranty, also if wheels where take off have the wheel nuts torque down again.

Many thanks for your prompt reply I will insist with the warranty of course but knowing where it is coming from....your advice is well oriented!

Dear colleagues:

I went to the official dealer from my city (the biggest one of Argentina) and they checked the truck during 3 days revising everything and trying to dampen any part you can imagine to fix the noise.
I was told they've "checked and adjusted ?" front right syspension system and so on...
I went to dealer to receive my truck but surprisingly without fixing the problem (the sound continued).
Of course I was totally disoriented after receiving the truck with the same problem.
So no doubt the problem was in the brake system.
I decided to go to another dealer 100 miles from my city to be checked.
Finally their old experinced Chief of Mechanics guided by us discovered the lack of noise suppressor not installed in the place where it might be!!!! See the photo attached!!
Esay to solve but difficult to find out. Ford Mexico didn't install that part in the right moment (in factory) or their QC system not performing well......
Finally the original dealer after my clear diagnostic solve "temporary" the lack of part (because not any piece in Ford Argentina as they said) using a Ford Focus used part.....
Really never I imagine such story with a Centennial reputed carmaker....
Now waiting the definitive piece to be installed.
The piece installed is temporary and you can see the weakness of it...
