Hurt feelings moment
This happened Friday morning at 4:50 am on my way into work. No clue what it was but I heard it hit the passenger side. It sounded like metal. It's about an inch long. Glad this is all that happened and I didnt cut a tire. Pretty sure I would have avoided hitting whatever it was if the road had street lights (Route 50 in Maryland)

Well definitely sucks! Positive note is it looks like it's on the plastic part? Try to super glue it back in place?? Not ideal but might not notice it as much...and at least it won't rust. Unfortunately they don't stay new forever
