Looked at my truck a bit today.
TPMS ID can be seen in Forscan Live Data (Oscilloscope/Read PID) for BCM(BdyCM) .
Using Forscan To Identify Faulty TPMS Sensor - Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, Kuga
Select BdyCM, Filter: tp or scroll down to get to TPMS related PIDs, add> PIDs to monitor.
Settings Gear, select PIDs.

Thank you for the info! I’m leaning these modules store a lot of different data and I was trying to see if through the TPM data if you could confirm if your tires were really rotated.

I'd disconnect the battery when removing the cluster.
Step that's not mentioned in link is to save original IPC AsBuilt so that it can be loaded into the replacement cluster.
Odometer Write looks to be in Gear Wrench, with truck key to On, not accessory mode.
Got the cluster in and set the mileage. I did this without choosing the on board profile. So a couple of rookie Forscan questions. When I load the original IPC AsBuilt file should I do that in the profile that comes up when Forscan connects and ask you if you want to use that profile? Also in the rare possibility that the problem was with the IPC AsBuilt file can I save the IPC file that is currently operating with the new cluster and if so how would I save that file? If the file is corrupt then I don’t want to load it in the new cluster without being able to go back and load the file it’s working on now. The drive modes don’t switch now so I do need to load the AsBuilt file to correct the few issues.

1. It may not make any diffence if you load the profile it has saved.
But I'd probably not load the profile to ensure forscan is reading in the currently installed modules.

2. IPC Config & Programming > Save All.
Give it a slightly different name so you know which one it is or put in a different folder.

And your original As Built when the truck was produced is at:
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/

And you can compare as built for individual modules with AsBuiltCompare

Thank you. I knew there had to be a source to get AsBuilt files. If you really blew it you could use one of those.

Not start, but 2 clicks of key or 2 start button presses w/o gas brake pedal. KOEO "Key On Engine Off"
Some modules like the BCM won't write to in Accessory, 1 click of key.
So not sure what I’m doing wrong with the double tap on the start button to get the KOEO mode. Whenever I try it, it instead just cycles back and forth from off to accessory only. Can’t seem to get to that KOEO mode. I’m not touching the brake pedal either.

I was wrong about pressing PB Start 2 times.
I see on my Escape with PB Start w/o brake pedal only goes to "full accessory power is available."

Press Start PB again & it turns Off.
And Accessory Mode will time out on you.

With my XLT Maverick I do turn key twice when using forscan.

Thanks again. Made a big mistake and drove it for a few miles to our community pool. When we went to leave about 4 hours later the truck wouldn’t start showing low battery. I had to jump it to start it. I don’t it liked being driven without the IPC settings being loaded onto the new cluster. Lol

Was able to load my original IPC AsBuilt file and everything looks good. All error messages are gone. The only thing different is the splash screen that used to show the truck image animated was replaced by the Ford Tough splash version. Also several DTCs are showing mostly system voltage low in several modules. Whatever the wrong settings were before I reset it tonight was putting a drain on the battery. When I walked out to the truck tonight I could see the gear designations lit on the dash before I even opened the door. It was on the trickle charger overnight. I’m going to let it charge overnight and recheck the DTCs. If they are still there should I clear them and see if they stay cleared? How do I get my previous splash screen back? I believe it’s in a module you can choose from? Thx

I have seen splash boot screens mentioned by @EONR24 for infotainment, he might have an idea on the IPC:

Thanks I did see this. I’ll reach out to him.
So after getting a $2000 quote from our local Ford dealer to replace my instrument cluster in my Lariat I decided to try it myself. I knew it would have to be flashed with Forscan and setting the odometer to the right mileage. With the help of some people on this forum I successfully accomplished it! Special thanks to BlueSpec1 to have the patience to help a Forscan rookie. I was also able to get my cool Lariat splash screen back and play with the radio splash screens. Also thanks to Kyle at Lakeland Ford Parts for getting me my new cluster for hundreds less than our local Ocala dealer quoted. Videos of the 2 screens below.

Great!
OK, how'd you get the IPC Lariat Splash to come back?

It was actually in the IPC easy change modules as “Splash screen”. So just had to enable it.
