Can we pop out the plastic parts on bumper and add our own lights/ tow hooks? Or is there no available bolt hole on frame?

On one of the many many YouTube videos I Have watched, specifically said that wouldn’t be possible because of the way it was built behind the bumper

We probably saw the same one. You might get away with a different bumper, but that’s going to (insert rimshot) bump up the price

I looked at Maverick XLT hybrid bumper to see if it was possible to install tow hooks. I think it is if you replace bottom plastic molding from a model whit tow hook openings.

They addressed a similar issue in the video and the response was that even cutting the bumper shell away would not allow for connecting it would require a complete bumper. However, even what Ford says is subject to “what you talking about Willis?” Moments. I wonder how much has changed and when the Ford data was done produced. Are we really seeing Maverick 1.0 or 1.1b or some other Rev?
