Question about this on my driver door panel

Good evening everyone i have well not sure if it is dumb question or interesting question anyway i noticed this bubbly pattern on my maverick this is the drivers side all the trim looks the same i have never payed attention to this until tonight i live in Arizona and you know the temps have been hitting past 110+ want to make sure im not loosing my mind well whats left of it since my brain is boiling here in the desert
