I can't say I've ever seen anyone do this, but I guess it's helpful to put out there, that you should never use anti seize on the lug nuts because you will over torque them. And don't let those tire techs use their impacts either. Anyways... here is a cool torque wrench video that covers it and some other stuff on torque wrenches

That's why there is sometimes two torque figures, wet and dry. Wet is usually 25% less than dry.
