Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with the company (Mabett) through emails but everytime I send one, I get a message that my email "cannot be delivered to this address because it was rejected". This is translated because it was in french, being form Quebec in Canada.

Please let me know what the proper procedure would be.

Check the format of your order address. If your "to" address shows any kind of accent marks that are not used in English, this could happen. Has to me when I tried to send an address with accent characters from there in the US to Quebec (used cut and past for the original address). Found the equivalent address without the accent marks and it went thru fine.

Hi I was solving this issue, I see there are several unauthorized sites online pretending to be Mabett that may be the spy.
