Because you do not have to go to the dealer you purchase it at for warranty issues, it's good at all Ford dealers. I bought it and it automatically showed up in my Ford pass account. My dealer wanted $2000 for the plan I wanted I paid $800 at Flood.

Yes. Multiple dealers sell the Ford ESP. I did this on my 2015 F150.

The only exception (that I remember ) had to do with vehicles in Florida. I think it was that ESP had to purchased within the state.

I am not an expert or claim to be this is just what my research found. I suggest do your own research and reach your own conclusion. You're not in any hurry to buy an extended warranty.
