Will these fit a 23 Maverick Tremor? And why selling only two? Thanks.

These wheels are 17” rim. I saw that the Tremor package does in fact have the same rim size as these so they will fit! Only selling two because I have previously sold 2 to another person who only needed a pair of them and I agreed.
