For those with a Hybrid, who have pulled power for a powered sub from the 12V battery, do you think you have had any worse than normal deep sleep issues?

I realize this may be hard to answer but I am having reservations about hooking mine up.

Only once has my Maverick gone to sleep.
It was after sitting for about 7 days straight while I vacationed.

No start issues once i got back.
I wired my amps (turn-on leads) to come on only while the vehicle is on (vs. ACC).

I've had a upgraded stereo in my '23 since August of '23. I'm running a 5 channel amplifier, separate DSP. It's around 6-700 watts RMS. I still have the original factory 12v battery and 116,000 miles on my truck. The truck can handle it just fine, but the key is running a dedicated turn on lead as AF Blue mentioned.

No problems with mine. It did deep sleep once, but was already in the dealer lot for an unrelated issue. Had a new battery when I picked it up the next day.

Use a remote wire to accessory power with a fuse tap to turn on the amp(s) and you'll be fine, the signal sense can turn them on unnecessarily and drain power.
