Plastic Bumper Cover

I have purchased a OEM trailer hitch for my Lariat. The instructions they sent suck. #1 remove plastic bumper cover. Well I watch a video and removed the 32 bolts. On the video the cover came right off however I seem to have clips of some type on each side. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a pic of the clips.

Just squeeze the sides of those white clips together while gently pulling out on the cover. You may need needle nose pliers to help you. They have wings that compress when you push them through the hole and expand after they pass through. You can get replacements at most auto parts stores if you happen to break them.
