I picked mine up yesterday, drove it from Jacksonville FL., to North Myrtle Beach SC. Most of the trip I was on I-95 with cruise set at 78, averaged 26.8 MPG. Radio did freeze up with no connection to phone, just froze for no reason. Ride is OK, not great but not rough but my "car" is a 2020 Lincoln Continental Reserve so it's hard for most vehicles to compare with the Lincoln. So after one day of ownership I will say I LOVE IT! It's beautiful cool and has people staring!

Dude, that is one sweet ride!!!!! I think it’s the white on black contrast that really makes it stand out!!! And that background! Couldn’t have picked a more perfect day - only two clouds in the sky!

congrats on the new ride!

Picked up my Lariat lux fx4 4k last week and drove about 400 miles to deliver a bunch of furniture to my son. Got 29.8 mpg doing 70, and 25 at 78 to 80 on the way home. Love the lane centering in the Lariat lux!

Both you guys……..
Not my business. Do as you see fit. But, right off the lot, isn’t that long trip, at a relatively constant high speed, not such a good way to start off the life of an engine? I believe the book says to vary the speed, and not drive at a high speed (I know, even 90 isn’t ā€œhigh speedā€ to me either.) But it MAY be high speed to a new engine.
My Old Man used to say ā€œTreat an engine well when it’s young, and it will treat you well when it’s oldā€. I’m 73 now. And he’s been proven right on every car that I’ve ever owned.
