You can do what you want, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
True, everyone is different. I have been driving for a long time, 50 years. In those 50 years I've never rotated tires on any vehicle I've owned. Some rotate every year or sometimes even more. Our maverick is 3 years old, 42,000 miles on the factory continentals which were never rotated and they all look the same in regards to tread. again, its just personal choice.

Brake fluid changes are required as modern systems are more than just brake lines and a master cylinder. The brake system also has a pump and other components that are expensive to replace relative to the cost of the flush and replacement fluid.
Replacing the coolant is also useful as it breaks down and can turn corrosive. If you are only keeping the vehicle for a few years, it may not matter to you. It does benefit the next owner.
