Dont laugh, Volkswagen actually marketed this color scheme as a "Harlequin Edition" of a VW Golf one year.

I'm not sure I fully understand the concept of the heat changing paint. Unless you dose your entire car in hot water, what's the point? I guess it would be interesting on a really hot day when you got caught in a down pour, but even then, would the sides of the car even get hot enough to match the hood, roof and trunk on a really hot day?

This is the way Ford needs to paint future demos for dealers. This stock only paint scheme let's a customer see the colors in person and test drive a vehicle before submitting an order.
