Same thing happened to me. I have the 2025 velocity blue and heard something hit somewhere while driving yesterday. I washed it today and found 2 tiny little barely noticable chips. It's the first new vehicle I've ever owned and it's only 2 months old so I've been going totally mental trying to keep it in pristine condition. I know it will get chips and dinged up over time anyway but it's like come on man, I JUST got this thing!
I wouldn't even trust the OEM pen from eBay, I'd only get it from Ford.l, who knows what conditions the ones on eBay are being stored in. I went online and ordered one and it only let me have it shipped to a dealer. It was actually a few bucks cheaper than the ones on eBay anyway.
I'm gonna squeeze out a little puddle of it on a plate then very carefully apply it with a toothpick just to make sure I don't screw it up and put too much on
