Order tracking down?

Is the official order tracking at: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking working for anyone? I have been able to log in and check the status since receiving my VIN a couple of weeks ago and now the order number and VIN return nothing. I just want to make sure nothing has happened to my order.

Same here. Has not worked for several days now. It was working intermittently before but nothing as of recently.

This being my first Ford purchase and reading all their computer issues… I sure hope these trucks are programmed by someone else or else they will only work every few days…

My indirect experience with Ford products has been all over the place. One family member owned an Explorer Sport bought brand new with the Ecoboost 3.5 which was an absolute POS and was always breaking something and the other family member owns an F150 bought brand new with the 5.0 Coyote which in 120k has required nothing but scheduled maintenance and wear items. I am really suspect of Ford long term quality especially for these little budget trucks which is why I'm leasing but also this truck is for my side business so the lease payments are tax deductible and if the truck proves reliable after the 3 years I'll consider buying it. As for the order tracking site, I'm sure Ford never imagined the same people constantly pinging that site and overloading the servers

Finally the tracking site worked again this morning 2/1 @ 7:57. Always concerning when it does not show up considering the stories posted here of extended build times and multiple push backs. I feel for all those still waiting for a build date from mid last year. My no option XL EB has actually been moved up 2 weeks from 3/7 to 2/21 build week.

Ford's order tracking has been not working more than it has been working recently. I don't understand what the issue could be with this tracking system but it is sorely lacking. The intermittant functionality does not instill confidence in the order tracking process.

I guess I do appreciate that it's there. I've never had anything like that with any other vehicle I've ordered from the factory. I guess it's one of those things on Ford's part, no good deed goes unpunished.

I guess you are correct. the occasional acknowledgement is better than nothing at all.

Instead of starting a new thread I'll ask on here. Has anyone else noticed order tracking being slow to update. I outright bought a truck from a dealer who said the truck was built and should be on the way. Ford's order tracking had an est of 2/18. Since then however nothings changed and the dealer said they cant see anything different on their end of things. It was originally a dealer order, but since I bought it they don't have the same access they had before (that's probably a lie). I'm worried because of all the chip delays and my truck having the lux package and factory spray in liner. The truck is listed on Ford's website as a dealer order, so I assume Ford must've built it to advertise it on their site. I'm just worried because nothing shows its built on Ford tracker. Only in production with the same 2/18 date

I have been trying to track mine on the Canadian site and nothing. It's been like that for at least 5 days. I track the convoy and it just says pending. I am hoping that the estimate delivery date on last track is right!
