Order scheduled now only “confirmed”?!

Has anyone else had this issue? Ford emailed me last week to tell my my vehicle is scheduled for 1 May. I login today and see the status is only “confirmed” with no scheduling date. Can anyone provide any insight? I was going to buy a maverick from a dealer this week but I turned it off when I got my order scheduled. Thanks!

I think we saw a bunch of those last time and the tracker eventually updated to show the dates. I wouldn't panic just yet.

Mine was scheduled last week too, but still only shows up and order confirmed when I check on the Ford website. I did check with my dealer and their system does show it with a VIN and scheduled for the week of 5/8. I think the Ford website is just slow to update.

Have you tried checking with Ford chat?

I tried ford chat, they were too busy but I called customer service and they confirmed my order is still scheduled for 5/1 and said the site glitches at times. So crisis averted.

anyone else who has experienced this take this as your sign to calm down and don’t get freaked out like I did

Mine did the same last month. It took a week or so before it showed my production week. You're good!
