I ordered a hybrid Maverick Lariat trim from Gresham Ford, on July 10. I’ve had good communications with salesman David Miller. I have not received notification of a production date yet.

I went through Courtesy Ford. Order placed via internet, no markup, hybrid lux with a build date of Jan 10th. No complaints.
My only regret is that I didn't put the order in sooner. (Waited till mid July)

Beginning of September.
Reporting back, my Maverick came in this week and I picked it up from Courtesy Ford in Portland. Great experience, I paid the order price (no mark up or shady fees), they honored the earlier financing rates (1.9%) and I was in and out in about an hour with literally no haggling. Also, Got my fits kit in case someone is curious.
The Internet sales guy is Tyler Grant, I highly recommend him.
The only thing I would do differently next time is ask them not to badge the car, but that's a really minor nitpick in an otherwise great experience.

Nice! I flirted with ordering from Courtesy or Gresham despite both being a few hours away, wish I had to be honest. By badge the car, you mean a dealer decal somewhere? Whenever my truck shows up I'll have to remember to tell them I don't want anything dealership related on my vehicle other than the cheesy plastic license plate holder.
