Order Confirmation Email?

I tried the ford website chat today. Gave my them my sales code and order code from the order preview pdf I received. They said they couldn’t see anything, but it could be because the order is too new (placed order a week ago).

So after giving the dealer a few days I reached out and said I’ve seen that people have gotten email confirmations from Ford and I never received one. They just sent over the order preview pdf again and said they will notify me when my VIN gets created. Something seems a little fishy since I didn’t have to sign or put down any deposit, just sent picture of drivers license.

If you didn’t sign an order I don’t think Ford will accept it.

Ordered one yesterday from Tom Borah. A few minutes after I received his email that the order was submitted, Ford’s confirmation email arrived.
