open tailgate step

Just watch a video of a revolver tonneau cover. The guy had his for over 6 months and still had good things to say about it. I was hoping to hear that since mine will be delivered tomorrow! He had his installed on an F-150 and I noticed that he was sitting on an open tailgate. What caught my eye was the step he had his feet resting on. It almost looks like it is part of his actual tailgate. I'm looking for an after market product if there is such a thing. Most people have no problems hopping up and into a Maverick but I have short people issues so a step that allows for easy access would be a plus. Anyone know of something specific to the Mav? I've been looking but see nothing for the newest Ford addition yet.

Having trouble imagining how you could get one to work. As far as the Revolver Cover goes, I have them on two Mavericks and they work like a charm. Zero leaks, easy to use and look great. Photo attached.

I had the tailgate step on my 2018 F-150. I am rather short, so it was very handy. I really don't feel I need it on the Maverick.

Also, I had the Revolver X2 on my F-150 and have the X4s on my Maverick. The both were/are great.

How would you rate the Revolver installation?

15 minutes from start to finish. Get the tape strip fastened to bed behind glass, put side rails on, then unroll and install bed cover. I am 76, not in the best of health, and was a piece of cake even for me.
