Odd Cant Find Order Issue

Good Evening.

Just chatted with Ford tonight and had an issue where the customer service rep on the chat couldn't find my order. I gave her my order code that I had and the dealer I ordered from. I told her that I spoke to someone on Ford's FB page last Thursday (due to not being able find the chat last week) and that person told me that I was in order processing and to keep waiting. She said she didn't know why she couldn't find my order especially if it was in order processing last week.

I am partially concerned and will probably try to contact my dealer tomorrow to see what they say just was too late in the evening to contact them when I chatted with Ford and had gotten better info directly from Ford anyway. Also partially just deciding to wait for that rumored email that may come this week.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? @Ford Motor Company @fordvideoguy

yes, for 7 months dealer assured me all was ok. I even had him drop copilot to get it quicker. when I called ford recently, no order so no truck. never got answer why?

yes, for 7 months dealer assured me all was ok. I even had him drop copilot to get it quicker. when I called ford recently, no order so no truck. never got answer why?
Just out of curiosity did you ever contact ford directly and they tell you everything was fine? and now you are being told the order doesn't exist? or did ford never tell you you were fine. I even had ford confirm I was down to a 2 priority code and now being told they cant find the order.

yes in october ford said they had the order but when i called this time there was no order but they could see where i had "placed" the order.

I think its if you keep bugging them they keep track. Then it takes one representative to erase your order. Thats just a theory and what i would do to some of these people.
