Good Evening.
Just chatted with Ford tonight and had an issue where the customer service rep on the chat couldn't find my order. I gave her my order code that I had and the dealer I ordered from. I told her that I spoke to someone on Ford's FB page last Thursday (due to not being able find the chat last week) and that person told me that I was in order processing and to keep waiting. She said she didn't know why she couldn't find my order especially if it was in order processing last week.
I am partially concerned and will probably try to contact my dealer tomorrow to see what they say just was too late in the evening to contact them when I chatted with Ford and had gotten better info directly from Ford anyway. Also partially just deciding to wait for that rumored email that may come this week.
