I'm not saying that your dealer is obliged to agree to sell you a retail order at MSRP. I'm just saying that you should be able to determine that before placing an order.
There are dealers that will order for you at MSRP and some that will go lower. Sitting where we are today, I think holding out for sub MSRP is a little silly. I'd be happy (in fact I am happy) getting an MSRP deal with no add-ons, no financing, and no admin fees.
I'm paying cash for my truck, so the dealer isn't going to make anything from the financing.
