my issue with DD, as of late, is that they don't seem to have ANY concept of time: the new stage series light bars were supposed to be released in like june of last year..then that got pushed to october & still, nothing until October of this year...when they finally became available, I ordered a 30' light bar & shipping was supposed to be october '25...and now? backordered.....

continually pushing the relase dates & then backordering items which they claim will ship in a couple weeks...

I've cancelled my order for the 30" bar, but it'll be interesting to see how long it actually takes them to fulfil the other orders for those bars

We completely understand your frustration and that’s an area we’ve been actively working to improve.

Designing, engineering, and assembling the newest Stage Series Lightbars entirely in-house took more time than expected, but every detail had to be perfect before launch. There is absolutely no room for error in a product like this and that sometimes means pushing release dates back to meet our quality standards.

We could have outsourced manufacturing overseas and shipped containers of finished products with less control, but that’s not who we are. Every Stage Series Lightbar is built, tested, and assembled right here in the U.S., which gives us full oversight of quality and performance.

As for the upcoming chase light series, no official release date has been shared in this video. In the past we were a bit too eager to announce timelines before final validation. This time we’re committed to ensuring everything is fully production-ready before setting expectations publicly. The SS10 Chase Bar is already in production and larger sizes will follow once testing and tooling are complete.

While some customers saw temporary “backordered” notifications after launch, the majority of those orders were fulfilled or are actively shipping now. The initial demand was far greater than anticipated between dealer stocking orders and individual preorders, but production is continuing steadily.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and enthusiasm. The response to the new Stage Series lineup has been incredible and we’re proud to deliver something that genuinely sets a new bar for performance and quality in this market.
