Hey everyone!!
I traded my 2016 F150 5.0 for a 2025 2.0 XLT Maverick and couldnt be happier.
My work car is a 2011 Focus so the F150 was more a family hauler and weekender vehicle. I loved the truck but the mpg was killing me when I had to drive it for an extended time if my Focus was down. I've always had my eye on a Maverick and decided to pull the trigger the other day.
I was like 85% of full size truck owners where I didnt really utilize the truck for towing or hauling. It served me well but honestly other than the sound of the 5.0 I have no regrets trading it in.
The Maverick does everything I need it to do and so much more. The size is perfect for me and I love the aftermarket support for the truck. I do plan to get a tonneau cover and rubber floor mats first then exhaust and new speakers.
Now if you'll excuse me I have to go down the rabbit hole on this forum.
Here is a pic of my fuel average after resetting it and driving 40 minutes.
Did I forget to mention I love this truck?
