Need a HOW-TO on removing the front Seat Covers

Hey,
I am looking for those people who have removed the seat covers. I am wanting to install a seat heater in my XL, however I could not figure out how to remove the seat cover - escecially on the bottom cushion. I was trying to remove it from the front and cut my finger twice on the sharp metal that I believe is holding the cover in. Any help would be appreciated!
