Navigation Maps update version NA 2 24

I am a new owner of a 2024 Maverick Lariat since 3/1/25. The navigation map shows that it is version NA 2 23. I understand that there is a version NA 2 24 available. I downloaded a software update that I thought was software and maps. It shows as Sync 3 version 3.4 build 23188 in my settings. This seems to be current but the maps version is not. How can I get an updated navigaion map?

They Emailed me mine. There is a software tec hot line at Ford. I got right through on a week day. Number came up in my truck when the software didn't install. Bit of a problem installing it though. You need a 32 Gig jump drive with fat 32. No bigger. The instructions were a bit hard to follow because you have to split out one of the files and load separately from main files. Took about an hour and the truck had to reboot a few times. Kinda a pain. Most nav systems just upload over wifi. Thanks for the input. I spent some time on the phone with the customer service folks. Very professional but left me with unanswered questions. They could not tell me which map update would come with the USB (which I reluctantly would have to pay $40 for). It might be the NA 2 23 which I alread have, or teh NA 2 24 which I think is the most current and is what I am looking for.
