My Seatbelt issue? Hybrid has been delayed twice since it was shipped?

On 12/8 I received an email with a 12/12 to 12/18 delivery window.
On 12/22 I received an email with a 12/24 to 12/30 delivery window.
Today the tracker changed to a 12/29 to 1/4 delivery window.
It has been in San Diego since last Wed, but not at my dealer. Really they took it from the rail yard, where it was off loaded on 12/10 to San Diego, but not to the dealership. I am concerned as the financing offers on the Maverick end 1/3/22.
I emailed the dealer in San Diego and my salesman responds that it isn’t technically delayed, really.

Could it be one of the Mavericks with the seatbelt issue?

In the same boat. Been off the rail since dec.9 four hours away from dealer. Been changed to two different delivery dates. Dealer has no clue when it’ll arrive. Called ford said no recall is popping up for my vin. Maybe next year it’ll arrive.
