My Maverick needs some Federal Sticker before it can be delivered

What else is to be expected from Ford? Another acronym just popped in my head for Ford - F O R D - Finding Other Reason to Delay process. Hope they get it soon, but probably constraints on self-sticking paper and ink. Who knows with Ford?
