My 1st 45 day notice from Ford

Just opened my first 45 day "sorry" EMail from Ford; about 1 wk short of 3 months from placing my order for a Lariat ( 51, 360, hitch,& mats). Actually I was not expecting to hear from Ford until next year. Is this progress ?

Your order was actually placed no earlier than Sept. 15th. That's the day Ford started accepting orders. Placing it earlier with your dealer really doesn't count. To Ford, it was placed 45 days ago. That's why you got this email. I got my 45 day email last week. Not progress, they are just letting you know they haven't forgot about you.
